A warm, team-oriented family in Deerfield Beach is looking for a reliable live-in nanny to care for their 9-month-old daughter and help keep the home tidy and running smoothly. About half the role is hands-on infant care and half is household support. The parents give clear direction and work closely with their caregiver as a team. The home has a pool, a dog, and a cat, and a cleaner comes once a week. The family travels about once a month, mostly within the U.S., and would welcome a nanny who can sometimes travel with them. This is a long-term role for a confident, dependable self-starter who communicates well and wants to become a trusted part of the household.

Benefits: Private guest room with en-suite bathroom, TV, dresser, and closet, Meals included, 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 paid sick days, 2 paid personal days, 6 paid holidays, Opportunity for family travel

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, nurturing daily care for a 9-month-old, including diapering, naps, bath time, and play
  • Help prepare the baby’s homemade meals and follow the family’s food guidelines closely
  • Plan age-appropriate activities that support early development
  • Do the baby’s laundry and family laundry as needed
  • Keep the home clean and very tidy throughout the day, including vacuuming, sweeping/Swiffering, and dishes
  • Keep a close eye on safety at all times, including around the pool
  • Get along well with the family’s dog and cat
  • Keep in regular, clear contact with the parents about the baby’s day and any schedule needs
  • Join the family on occasional trips as needed

  • Proven experience caring for infants
  • Highly reliable, with excellent attendance and professional communication

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (minimal driving)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification required
  • COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required
  • Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
  • Able to make a long-term commitment
