Whether you are an individual or a builder, it's easy to set up an appointment. Simply drop us a line and Gary will contact you as soon as possible to schedule the best time for your initial consultation.
The Plan Shoppe, Ltd. is located in Marion, Louisiana. Feel free to schedule an office appointment or meeting at a location that's most convenient for you. Gary can meet with you anywhere in the northeast Louisiana region.
After the initial consultation, Gary will work up a preliminary drawing that combines all elements discussed during the first meeting. He will then hand deliver the preliminary for your approval. After you've given him the okay, he'll work up the construction drawings for you to review. Once the project is complete, you'll receive eight (8) copies of the house plan for your new home.
